The SEAF SAM Site is an anti-air emplacement of the Super Earth Armed Forces and a sub-objective found in Helldivers 2 on planets occupied by the Automatons or by the Illuminate.

The objective is located in an abandoned SEAF firebase with an inactive surface-to-air missile launcher. The launcher can be brought back in operational status by the Helldivers using the terminal nearby and configuring it back into service.

Once re-activated, the SEAF SAM Site will automatically target nearby Dropships, Gunships, or Warp Ships with guided surface-to-air-missiles for the remainder of the mission, serving as area-denial support for Helldivers. Note that while targeting systems are close to map-wide, the missiles only have a limited range of perhaps 350 meters.

Trivia

• During The Great Host's invasion of Pilen V, Widow's Harbor and New Haven, SEAF SAM Sites were not available in missions due to the Illuminate vanguard destroying them beforehand; The bombed out launch sites could be seen during active operations.
