The Ministry of Expansion (MoE) is an executive ministerial department of Super Earth. It is responsible for terraforming and resource extraction as well as the expansion, management and development of Super Earth's colonies on planets all across the Galaxy. Each colony is managed by a Colonial Overseer, with entire planets being overseen by a Planetary Overseer who are elected into office, much like other Super Earth officials. All though ultimately report to the Ministry of Expansion.
