Super Earth. It is responsible for managing the 
Super Earth Armed Forces in order to deter and wage war as well as protect the security of the Federation against all enemies, be they

With the declaration of the Galactic War on Tyranny, mobilisation across all sectors of the industry and economy has begun, with billions of able-bodied citizens from across the Federation having already volunteered for conscription.

Collectively referred to as Super Earth Armed Forces , the defenders of the Federation are commanded by the Ministry of Defense. The S.E.A.F. are split into different branches, including the Super Earth Army, the Navy, Colonial Guard, and of course the Helldivers, who also receive Major Orders directly from Super Earth High Command. Raw recruits typically go through a rigorous 72-hour S.E.A.F. basic training course, before being assigned to a branch or being given more specialized training, such as the 8-week training course in Superior Packing Methodology (SPM) for Super Destroyer crews, or the "Real Deal" Helldiver training on Mars.

Helldiver Readiness Command[]
Memorandum for the Helldiver Readiness Command
The Helldiver Readiness Command, a major command of the Super Earth Armed Forces , operates under the Ministry of Defense and in turn oversees the Directorate of Helldiver Readiness. The Directorate of Helldiver Readiness is responsible for turning raw recruits into sufficiently fully trained Helldivers and report the results to the Helldiver Readiness Command. As such, the Directorate operates hundreds of training bases on Mars, able to process as many as 48,000 raw recruits a day, all under the watchful eye of General Brasch.

Memorandum from the Department of Heroic Sacrifice Affairs
Whether due to enemy action or friendly fire, casualties are an unfortunate consequence of war. Everyday heroes of the federation are injured, maimed and killed in various gruesome ways, with it being the responsibility of the department of Heroic Sacrifice Affairs to deal with these casualties. One of the department's most important military duties is to provide a death notification to the deceased's next of kin, whether they be a partner, close relative, pet or neighbor.
The Terminid Supercolony on Meridia for example could not have been destroyed without the brave sacrifice of many, many Helldivers. In their honor, the Department of Heroic Sacrifice affairs would issue personalized memorandums to their designated next-of-kin. We will always remember [Helldiver Name].
Libcon Status[]

The Super Earth Liberation Readiness Condition (LIBCON) status levels of alert is used by the Ministry of Defense to prescribe five graduated levels of readiness (or states of alert) for the Super Earth Armed Forces . This status increases in severity from LIBCON 5 (least severe) to LIBCON 1 (most severe) depending on the current military situation of the Federation of Super Earth.
LIBCON 5[]
The "normal peacetime" default state of readiness for the military of Super Earth. This is when Liberty and galactic freedom are least under threat and is therefore extremely rare outside of the 100 years of peace following the end of the First Galactic War.
LIBCON 4[]
Also known as business as usual, Libcon 4 denotes everyday operating procedures. Super Earth ramps up intelligence gathering and shores up security. Active Helldivers engage in Liberating planets from their galactic oppressors at their discretion.
LIBCON 3[]
The "standby" level of alert for Super Earth. As Helldivers are given assignment and deployed, the rest of SEAF assumes an increased readiness posture.
LIBCON 2[]
Used for severe situations, such as when an enemy attack is expected and/or ongoing. SEAF are poised for combat at this time, and the Helldivers will commonly be deployed during this condition.
LIBCON 1[]
In the face of critical threat to Liberty, all previous orders are overridden, and the Helldivers must prepare for immediate reassignment. Libcon 1 has only been active twice in recent history. The first was after the appearance of the Automatons' Reclamation fleet in the Valdis Sector, whilst the second was following the attack on Calypso signalling the return of the Illuminate to the Milky Way galaxy.
