The strange subversion of photosynthesis that sustains the oddly-hued flora that flourishes on this planet remains an intriguing mystery to the Super Earth's greatest exo-biologists.
~ Official Description

Merak is one of the six planets that reside within the Valdis Sector. This planet is the farthest that Helldivers have ever spread democracy onto, as well as being the closest that the SEAF has ever gotten to Cyberstan

Topography[ | ]

Similar to Malevelon Creek and Veld

History[ | ]

Special Military Operations[ | ]

Operation: Legitimate Undertaking[ | ]

Following the failure and conclusion of Operation: Legitimate Undertaking, Penta was freed from the horrible rule of the toasters and allowed the Helldivers to a enter Merak and the Valdis Sector. The planet was compared to Malevelon creek due to it being a bot owned ionic forested world however it was never as brutal as the creek and only averaging a few thousand Helldivers at once.

This forade into Merak would be short-lived, as the failure of the Terminid Control System forced Super Earth High Command to divert all forces back to the Terminid front, driving away most forces from the Automaton front and allowing Penta to fall once more, cutting off Merak from liberty's reach since.

As of October 2184, there is only 1 Super Destroyer still orbiting the planet, at least judging by its signal still being received back in Super Earth.

To this lone warrior, we dedicate this one line of the tale, for they truly stand as the brightest spark of Freedom in the fight against the Automatons.

Trivia[ | ]
