Kraz is one of the three planets that reside within the Alstrad Sector.

Second Galactic War[]
Return of the Illuminate[]
Kraz was a normal, peaceful colony of Super Earth far off in the Southern Galactic Rim, its first colonists having arrived during the Great Democratization after the First Galactic War. Much like other planets in its sector, its economy was prosperous enough to warrant the construction of urbanized settlements in order to house its population adequately and allow further settlement of the planet's surface. However, this peaceful, uneventful life would come to a sudden, violent end.
On December 30th, 2184, Kraz would be attacked by the resurgent 
Illuminate, an old foe of Super Earth that was once thought defeated and extinct. The Helldivers, having just missed the Illuminate raids at both Hort and Hesoe Prime, would immediately deploy a contingent onto Kraz, while another fraction of their forces had to be diverted towards Canopus.
Unfortunately, the Illuminate raiders would manage to slip off the Helldivers' fingers once more, as the raid could not be successfully repelled, leaving Kraz' communities in ruins.
Operation Democracy Delivered[]
Kraz would remain in mourning ever since its first invasion, as the Illuminate left with their stolen loot. However, as following battles ran their course on them and their supplies began dwindling again, the Illuminate would be just as quick to return to Kraz as they had been to first appear. On January 18th, 2185, the Illuminate would return to Kraz for a second invasion in hopes of recouping their massive losses from their recent defeats at Rirga Bay, Rasp and Emorath.
The Helldivers however, had other intentions. Determined to deliver justice upon the Illuminate for their prior raids at Haldus and Spherion, they deployed onto Kraz in force. However, a significant contingent had to remain at Heeth in order to aid with its liberation from the Terminids, which significantly hampered their progress. In addition, this contingent would make the recently repaired Democracy Space Station remain in place on Heeth despite the major order's instructions of fighting the Illuminate.

- October 27th, 2185: New FTL lines to Bunda Secundus and Leng Secundus are established.
