Elite D

The Elite is much like the Warrior but with heavier armor and more durability. Their armor serves them well and good aim as well as armor-piercing ammunition are recommended. Fortunately they are just as dumb as their Warrior cousins and easily outsmarted.

Tactics[ | ]

  • Predominately found on medium to high level planets, Elites emerge from underground, normally in groups of three to five, wherever Scouts or Vanguards have raised an alarm to warn of a Helldiver's presence.
  • Immediately upon spawning, Elites will close to melee range and engage players in combat where just one or two strikes from their claws is enough to down a Helldiver.
  • Like the smaller Warriors, Elites move relatively slowly—but when severely wounded, they will frenziedly charge at whatever they were trying to attack before (eventually) bleeding out. However, they are more heavily armored and can withstand substantially more punishment than other Bug infantry.
