The EAT-17 Expendable Anti-Tank is one of the stratagems available to the player at Level 3. It is a disposable anti-tank launcher, firing one armor-piercing rocket, then discarded and cannot be reloaded.

Players must enter the following sequence, using the default Ctrl+WASD keys or the controller D-Pad in order to call down this single-use Stratagem during a mission:
Gameplay tips[]
- Despite it's simplicity, the EAT-17 is a very powerful weapon, capable of disposing with most heavily-armored units in one shot, and capable of severely injuring super heavies. It is not to be underestimated, even at higher difficulties where Helldivers have access to a wider range of weapons.
- The weapon has the fastest cooldown for any support weapon, 70 seconds by default, and 60 seconds with all Super Destroyer upgrades.
- Thanks to the rapid cooldown, this also gives helldivers one very powerful anti-armor punch in the form of a quick-charging hellpod.
- Each hellpod comes with two launchers.
- It is recommended to drop the EAT-17 whenever the opportunity presents itself, as it's rapid cooldown gives helldivers an easy access to an anti-armor weapon at any time.
- The rocket can easily hit enemies within 100m. Past that, one may need to arch their shot to compensate as the rocket will start falling past this point.
