==== Sixth Battle of Draupnir (Mar. 4th-18th) ====
On March 4th, [[Mantes]] was re-liberated, and for the last time as of March 15th. This allowed the [[Helldivers]] to focus their attention fully on Draupnir for the first time in a while in the war. Upon the beginning of the Sixth Battle of Draupnir, a single division of Helldivers had been deployed on the planet and has consistently fought on it. 

On March 7th The planet was used by the Automatons as a staging point for their offensive into the [[Theseus Sector]], where the planet of [[Tien Kwan]], a testing site for [[EXO-45 Patriot Exosuit|experimental weaponry]] for the Helldivers at the time, is situated. Because of this, Helldiver forces on Draupnir were momentarily isolated, almost leading to the collapse of the planet. But, thanks to the quick defense of Tien Kwan, Helldiver forces were able to rapidly return to Draupnir with new and improved weaponry, although the planet remains a deadly battleground.

On the 15th of March, Malevelon Creek completely fell to Automaton control. In reaction to this, the Ministry of Truth began to call for Helldivers to completely focus their attention on the liberation of Draupnir before the [[Xzar Sector]] had to suffer yet another defeat at the hands of an Automaton offensive.

Ironically, thanks to how long they've been fighting over Draupnir, the Helldivers became so familiar with the terrain that the guerilla war waged on the planet was one of the most successful in their history. 

By the 16th of March, tens of thousands of more Helldivers deployed into Draupnir in the largest increase of manpower the planet had seen in weeks. By this point, Draupnir became the most important battlefield on the Automaton Front. If the Helldivers were to liberate it, then they could fully focus their attention on [[Ustotu]] and Malevelon Creek, where some of the planned reinforcements for Draupnir went instead. Within a day, the liberation percentage went from 20% to ~43%, although the casualty rate for the Helldivers had reached ~13 million. The next day on March 17th, the liberation of [[Estanu]] had been completed, bringing full attention to the front lines of Draupnir. 

On March 18th, following a sharp increase of Helldiver operations against the Automatons on Draupnir in what became the longest period of fighting on the planet yet, the planet was liberated, letting thousands of Helldivers into the Severin and Theseus Sectors, more than had been seen in weeks.
