The Alpha Warrior is a medium-sized Terminid with medium armor that can only be exclusively spawned by the Alpha Commander. They are faster and way more aggressive, and can incapacitate a Helldiver in seconds. Since they can only be spawned by Alpha Commanders, and Alpha Commanders only spawn on Impossible difficultly and above, they can only spawn on Impossible or higher missions.

Being a deadlier version of the Warrior, the Alpha Warrior should be treated as a more dangerous Warrior and not a regular one. They can easily be distinguished by their reddish-orange coloring instead of the natural Warrior grey-brown. They have even sharper claws that deal even more damage, and combined with their fast attack speed this makes them a foe to avoid if possible. If one is unlucky enough to encounter one of these monsters, they should immediately fire their most powerful weapons at it to ensure that they kill it before it can decimate their entire team.

Tactics

• They are easily distinguishable by their reddish orange coloring, and faster movements than regular Warriors, look for this when in the mist of a large battle, so you know which enemies to prioritize first.
• Armor wise, Alpha Warriors are practically the same, however unlike the regular Warrior they have much more health, so it is recommended to use light, high fire, large magazine weapons against these beasts to quickly dispatch them.
• Using the RS-422 Railgun from a distance is also effective, however it won't require charged shots, and can be just as effective with safe mode enabled.
• Each Alpha Commander can summon in 3 Alpha Warriors, when they call them in, the Alpha Warriors dig up from the ground, giving you some time to throw a grenade and incapacitate them early.
• The SG-225 Breaker and the FLAM-40 Flamethrower are both effective weapons available for defeating the Alpha Warrior, as the breaker can easily headshot them, and the FLAM-40 Flamethrower can deal damage over time and stagger them, however the FLAM-40 Flamethrower is not advised if they are close to the Helldiver, and several shots from the SG-8 Punisher will quickly knock them back and critically injure them.
• Any Flame weapon or stratagem is effective against Alpha Warriors, as well as shotguns like the SG-225IE Breaker Incendiary, SG-225 Breaker and the SG-8S Slugger.
• They CAN enter a berserk state like regular warriors and become even deadlier, It is advised to unleash the heaviest weapon you have on the when and if they enter this state or else you perish within a second.
• The MG-43 Machine Gun and the MG-206 Heavy Machine Gun are both effective against putting them down quickly, one can also throw an impact grenade at it whilst firing to stagger it if it gets too close.
• Any rocket weapon will one shot them, however it will be a waste, as other weapons can dispatch of them just as quickly.
• High ROF weapons like the M-105 Stalwart and LAS-16 Sickle can easily decapitate them in a second, and have plenty more ammunition to finish them off before they can enter their berserk state.
• The GP-31 Ultimatum can easily decimate a whole group of Alpha Warriors, as well as any other bugs in the area.
• Alpha Warriors can outrun a Helldiver over time, so it is important to shoot of their legs to cripple their movement and disable much of their threat.

Notes

• The "Alpha Warrior" does not have any official name, thus, the name is originating from the community. Getting killed by or tagging an Alpha Warrior will simply refer to them as 'Warrior'.
